Our Team
The Trust Executive Team delivers the strategy of the Board of Trustees and provides leadership and shared support to the schools in the Trust, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Sue Wardlow. Within the Trust Executive Team, there are two strategic teams focussing on business and education.
Teachers, support staff, trustees, governors, parents and pupils all make up Greensand Multi Academy Trust, which is founded on the principles of collaboration, support and challenge.

Headteacher St John's Primary School

Cathy has taught since 1999 and became Headteacher at St John’s Primary School in 2026, following senior leadership roles in Cambridgeshire and Surrey, including Co‑Headship at The Vale Primary School, Epsom.
She is committed to strong partnerships with families and the wider community, championing inclusion, belonging and compassionate, values‑led practice. Her motivation is to ensure every child is known, noticed, valued and given opportunities to succeed and shine.
