This includes workforce data and analysis which helps us to:

Inclusive Recruitment
We are committed to fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment processes across the Trust.
All appointments are made based on merit, with candidates assessed objectively against the requirements of the role.
We ensure that:
- recruitment processes are aligned with equality and safer recruitment principles
- reasonable adjustments are made for candidates where required
- selection decisions are fair, consistent and evidence-based
We are committed to encouraging applications from under-represented groups and continuing to improve accessibility within our recruitment practices.
Governance & Accountability
Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is overseen at Trust level.
The Trust Board is responsible for ensuring compliance with equality legislation and for setting and reviewing equality objectives.
- Equality objectives are reviewed annually
- Workforce data is monitored and analysed
- School leaders are responsible for implementation within their settings
