Our Team
The Trust Executive Team delivers the strategy of the Board of Trustees and provides leadership and shared support to the schools in the Trust, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Sue Wardlow. Within the Trust Executive Team, there are two strategic teams focussing on business and education.
Teachers, support staff, trustees, governors, parents and pupils all make up Greensand Multi Academy Trust, which is founded on the principles of collaboration, support and challenge.

Mrs E Salisbury
Lead Governance Professional
Following her 16 years in private practice as a solicitor, Emma joined the education sector as a teaching assistant at Reigate School in 2015, adding the role of Clerk to the Governors shortly after.
Alongside the Trust’s CEO & Chair of the Trust Board, she was involved in forming the Trust and was appointed Clerk to the Trust on its inception in November 2017. Emma leads governance for the Trust and supports our Boards and School Committees to strengthen and ensure effective and compliant governance across the Trust. As Company secretary, she also has responsibilities relating to the governance of the Trust under company and charity law.
